Calendar sync

The booking page reads the calendar they already use

Connect Google Calendar for a provider. Busy times on that calendar are not offered on the booking page, and a visit booked in Klientr is written back as an event.

Each provider connects their own calendar. Disconnecting stops the sync and leaves events already on Google where they are.

Busy in Google, booked in Klientr

Busy times are not offered

Events already on the provider's Google Calendar block those hours on the public booking page.

New visits go back

A scheduled visit is added to that calendar. Moving or canceling it updates the event.

One calendar per provider

A specialist who keeps their own Google Calendar connects it from their page. Other providers are unchanged.

How it works

From a connected calendar to an open slot

Add the redirect URL in Google Cloud

Use the Google client already used for sign-in, and add the calendar redirect URL shown on the provider page.

Connect the provider

Open the provider and connect Google Calendar. The next booking page load reads busy times.

Book as usual

Customers only see hours that are open in Klientr and free on Google. A new visit is written back.

FAQ

Common questions

Only the providers you connect. A provider without a connection keeps using the hours you open in Klientr.

They block matching times on the booking page. Disconnecting the calendar leaves those events on Google.

Bookings are on Starter. Connecting Google Calendar uses the same Google client as sign-in, with the calendar redirect URL added in Google Cloud.
