Google reviews

One review ask after the visit went well

Paste a Google review link on the appointments page. When a visit is marked completed, Klientr sends one message with that link.

A CSAT score below 4 skips the ask. A missing score, or a score of 4 or 5, sends it. It is never sent twice.

A review, not a survey

Your Google review link

Save the link once for the project. Every completed visit can use it.

Only after the visit

The message waits until a teammate marks the appointment completed.

A low score stays quiet

If the conversation was rated below 4, the review link is not sent. The contact is not asked again later.

How it works

From a completed visit to one review link

Paste the review link

On the appointments page, save the Google review URL for the project.

Complete the visit

Mark the appointment completed. The message goes out on the conversation, or by email.

They get it once

A later change to the same visit does not send a second ask.
