The next visit

One message asks them back after a kept visit

Set how many days to wait on the service. When a visit is marked completed, Klientr sends one message with a link to book that provider again.

The message is skipped when the contact already has a coming visit for the same service. It is sent once.

The next appointment, not another blast

You choose the wait

Each service has its own number of days. Leave it blank and no rebook message is sent for that service.

The channel they already use

The note goes on the open conversation when there is one, and by email otherwise, with a link to that provider's open times.

No message if they are already booked

A coming visit for the same service stops the reminder. The contact is not asked twice.

How it works

From a completed visit to the next booking

Set the days on the service

Open the service and enter how many days after a kept visit to ask them back.

Mark the visit completed

The wait starts then. The message is not sent for a canceled visit or a no-show.

They pick the next time

The link opens the booking page for that service and provider.
