Do not misuse the service

You may use Klientr to talk with your own customers and run the work around those conversations. You may not use it to:

• Send spam, phishing, or messages to people who did not ask to hear from you, except a service message the law allows.
• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Upload malware, or try to break into Klientr or another person's account.
• Harass, threaten, or collect personal data from children.
• Mislead people about who a message is from.
• Overload the service, scrape it, or bypass plan limits.
• Resell access to Klientr without agreeing that with us first.
• Violate the terms of a channel you connect, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or email.

What we may do

We may remove content, disconnect a channel, or close a workspace that breaks this policy or puts someone else at risk.
