Refund Policy

Starter

Starter is free. There is no charge to refund.

Team

Team is $39 per month, or $32 per month when billed yearly, as shown on the pricing page. The paid period starts when Team is activated on the workspace.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund that charge. After 14 days, the fee for the current period is not refunded. You can move back to Starter from billing. Access you already paid for continues until the end of that period.

A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded.

Business

Business is $99 per month, or $79 per month when billed yearly, as shown on the pricing page. The paid period starts when Business is activated on the workspace.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund that charge. After 14 days, the fee for the current period is not refunded. You can move back to a lower plan from billing. Access you already paid for continues until the end of that period.

Studio

Studio starts at $249 per month and is priced in writing with [email protected]. Refunds follow that agreement. If the agreement does not mention refunds, the Team rules above apply to amounts you have paid us.

Payments your customers make

A PayPal or Stripe payment collected inside a conversation is your customer's payment to your business. Klientr does not refund those payments. Handle the refund or the dispute in your PayPal or Stripe account.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the workspace owner's address. Include the workspace name and the date of the charge. We will reply with the outcome.
