Terms of Service

The service

These terms cover klientr.com, the Klientr app, the website widget, and the API.

By creating a workspace, signing in, or embedding the widget, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use policy.

Accounts

You need an accurate name and email, and you need to keep the password private. The person who creates the workspace is the owner. Owners invite teammates and choose what each role can view or manage. You are responsible for how your team uses the workspace.

Plans

Starter is free and includes the limits shown on the pricing page. Team is $39 per month, or $32 per month when billed yearly. Business is $99 per month, or $79 per month when billed yearly. Studio starts at $249 per month and is arranged by email with [email protected].

We may change a future price. A period you have already paid for keeps the price that was charged. Seat, project, and channel limits are enforced in the product.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Klientr permission to host, display, and transmit that content so we can run the service, including sending messages on channels you connect and showing articles you publish.

You confirm that you have the right to upload that content and to message the people in your inbox.

Customer payments

A PayPal or Stripe charge sent from a conversation is a payment between your workspace and your customer. Klientr is not the seller of those goods or services and does not hold those funds. Your PayPal or Stripe account, and that provider's own terms, apply.

Acceptable use

You will follow the Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend a workspace that breaks it, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

Availability

We work to keep Klientr available. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Channels, PayPal, Stripe, and sign-in providers can change or fail outside our control.

Closing a workspace

You can stop using Klientr and ask us to close the workspace at [email protected]. We may close a workspace that is unused, unpaid, or in breach of these terms. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

Klientr is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Copilot output is a draft for your team to review. You are responsible for what you send to a customer.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Klientr and byteg.pro are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost messages, or a dispute between you and your customer. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Klientr in the three months before the claim.

This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability that cannot legally be capped.
