How does the assistant learn from your team's answers?

The assistant checks an exact FAQ match, then answers from the help center. If it still cannot answer, a teammate replies. That reply is saved as a reusable answer, without the visitor's private details, so a later visitor with a similar question can be answered by the assistant.

What the visitor gets first

An exact FAQ match is sent back immediately, on the website chat and on the other channels you have connected.

If the question is not an exact match, the assistant looks at published help articles and answers it has already learned. It replies only from that material.

What a teammate reply adds

When the assistant cannot answer, the conversation goes to a person. The teammate's reply is turned into a general question and answer.

A greeting, a promise to check, or a fact that is only true for this visitor is left out. Names, emails, orders, payments, and appointment times for that person are not saved.

How this works in Klientr

Learned answers stay on the FAQ bot page for that project. A later similar question can be answered from them, in the visitor's language.

An owner can remove a learned answer. The public help center is unchanged, so a teammate reply is not published as an article.
